Oh fickle Chicago, how you never cease to amaze me. Finally last week our weather seemed to be turning springy, the temperature continued to climb into the high 80's! Yesterday and today however we've taken a step backwards, it's currently a chilly 47 degrees and rainy. Regardless, I stepped out and took my first outfit pics for Circadian Rhythm! -^_^-
This cardigan is one of my favorite sweaters, the dusty rose color just seems to go w/ everything almost. Though I love it dearly I'll be a pretty happy girl when I can put this sweater and my other fall/winter clothes away for the summer!
Now that my spring semester is over, I have so many plans in my mind for this summer. I plan on taking a sewing class, continuing with babysitting and dance classes and lots more. It's just such a relief to have summer off so I can cross some things off of my "want to do" list (starting this blog being one of them!).
One thing that I'm become increasingly passionate about over the past couple years is using natural products. The nail polish I'm wearing in this post is made by a company called Priti NYC, one of many brands that make 3-free nail polish. 3-free means that the nail polish is free of three common ingredients in nail polish that are especially toxic and gross (namely Dibutyl Phthalate [DBP], Formaldehyde and Toluene). Even OPI & most salon and drugstore brands contain these yucky chemicals, 3-free is the only nail polish I wear these days. The bottom line is that it's safe and cute-- great combo in my opinion!
